In addition to seller/buyer representation, our experience in target research and transaction negotiation provides you with essential support during your investment decision-making process. Our Team oversees feasibility studies, valuations, legal advisory and other due diligence processes to ensure effective transaction implementation.

In 2008 the Corporate Finance Department closed an impressive list of nine significant client deals valued at just over KD 478 million. We at KAMCO acted either as the sole arranger or co-lead manager in all cases, working with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from healthcare and aviation to fuel marketing companies.

We conducted the initial listing on the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) for Al Soor Fuel Marketing worth KD 134.92 million. The private placement of KD 103.95 million of new shares in the United Healthcare Company was also successfully completed. A further KSE listing assignment in which we acted as sole arranger saw Wataniya Airways initially valued at KD 82 million. The success of all such projects was due to favorable market conditions, good client service, positive market reputation, attractive investment thesis and professional project management.
