The Strategic Projects Department is managed by highly experienced finance and accounting professionals who provide KAMCO’s senior management with relevant insight and analysis of various companies in order to facilitate co-operation with as well as management of these organizations.

The Department also provides ongoing expert analysis of and consultancy assistance to KAMCO’s core strategic holdings such as United Industries Company and United Healthcare Company. Strategic Analysis identifies and extracts potential synergies from associated companies, providing KAMCO’s top management with the tools to make various strategic decisions including acquisition of new strategic investments and companies.
