Complaint Unit

KAMCO established the Client Complaints Unit with the objective of handling complaints received from KAMCO’s clients in a timely manner. Due to the importance of  handling clients’ complaints, KAMCO has ensured the independency of the Client Complaints Unit by setting a direct and functional reporting line between the Compliance Officer heading the unit with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

How to submit a complaint?

KAMCO is keen to provide the highest levels of quality service to its valued Clients when achieving both Client and Company objectives. Due to that, we are pleased to inform you that as a valued Client at KAMCO, you have the right to submit any complaints you may have to the Client Complaints Unit.

To help us address your concerns quickly and effectively, you can download the ‘Complaint Form’ from our website,, or obtain printed forms available at our Client Complaints Unit on the 12th Floor of Al Shaheed Tower. When completing the form, please fill in all the required information, sign and submit along with all supporting documents (If Any). You can address your complaint to the Head of the Client Complaints Unit and deliver the form to KAMCO either by:

  • Hand delivery to “Complaint Unit” located at “KAMCO” in Al Shaheed Tower, 11th Floor, Khaled Bin Al Waleed Street, Sharq, Kuwait.
  • Courier/post to “Head of Complaint Unit” at P.O. Box 28873, Safat 13141, State of Kuwait.
  • Email to the “KAMCO Complaint Unit’ at
  • Dropping it at the Complaints Box located at Al Shaheed Tower, 12th Floor, Khaled Bin Al Waleed St., Sharq, Kuwait.
